Biography

Stelter Enterprises begin in 2017 when Sam purchased his first single family rental property in Williston, North Dakota.  While living in his fraternity house at the University of Iowa, he would cultivate a strategic relationship with a neighboring property owner that allowed him to purchase his first multi-family property.  From that point on, acquiring and developing multi-family properties around the Midwest became the core business strategy for Stelter Enterprises.  Sam enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling, and spending time with his dog Zeus.
